Project overview
In November 2025, we delivered a 500-drone light show at KL Tower in Kuala Lumpur for McDonald’s Malaysia — designed as a premium launch moment that looks powerful from the ground and shareable on social media.
The event marked the return of McDonald’s iconic Prosperity campaign, bringing together invited guests, media, and beneficiaries from Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) for a memorable night above the city skyline.
Creative concept
For a city-centre drone show in Malaysia, clarity is everything. We designed the sequence around bold, high-contrast silhouettes and smooth transitions that remain readable against Kuala Lumpur’s ambient skyline lighting.
The story focused on recognisable brand moments and celebratory shapes — building anticipation, delivering a strong logo reveal, and finishing with a clean, crowd-pleasing finale.
- City-ready visuals: high-contrast, readable shapes
- Brand-first pacing: build-up → hero moment → finale
- Camera-friendly choreography for PR + social clips
- Formations optimised for audience viewing angles
On-site execution
We planned flight zones, safety boundaries, and rehearsal windows tailored to KL Tower’s environment to ensure a stable delivery on show day.
Our on-site team handled setup, end-to-end testing, and a full rehearsal workflow — ensuring formation accuracy, timing consistency, and reliable show execution for guests and camera crews.
