We have been working in the drone industry and alongside leading Drone Company DJI since its inception. Our technicians has been certified and trained on all DJI Products. We have enough technicians and we will have a Diagnosis and Quote for you as soon as possible. 

Need a Repair? Worry about the fee?

MIRS Innovate Pte Ltd now offer free checking drone services and you just need to send your drone to our office or we collect it from your place. We will send you the quotation once we have done all the checking on the condition of the drone. 

How it works?

Step 1: Get in touch

You may email to mirs@mirs-innov.com with your issue (please attached some photos of the drone) and our staff will review your request and send you an email with instructions on how to send your drone to our certified service centre.

Step 2: Assessment

Once we received your drone. Our certified technicians will do the analysis for your drone.

Step 3: Diagnosis & Quote

Our DJI certified repair technicians will diagnose the problem and our sales team will contact you with an estimated cost to repair your drone. The quote will include parts, labour and shipping back to you. Sometimes certain repair units cannot be completed in our company, so we will send these back to DJI Global in China for a quote on the repair, which can delay the process.

Step 4: Service

When you accepted the quotation, our DJI certified technicians will start to do the repairing your drone. Be aware that occasionally, for the specific case, we need to order parts from DJI Global in China and it may extend the process.

Step 5: Testing

After the repairing of your drone, our DJI certified technicians will do the testing to ensure the condition of your drone is working.

Step 6: Confirmation & Payment

After your payment has been confirmed and received, we will deliver your drone to your place or you may come and collect from us.

What drone can be repaired by MIRS Innovate?

DJI Certified Repair Centre — MIRS Innovate Pte Ltd, our technicians can repair the majority of repair on your Matrice 200 Series, Matrice 600 Series, Mavic 2, Mavic Pro, Mavic Air, Inspire 1 & 2, Spark and Phantom 4 Series.
